What does the Intensive NLP Practitioner Course consist of?

This course has been developed over many years and is designed it in a way which uses NLP techniques to enhance your understanding and learning of NLP in a more structured and user-friendly format.

The course consists of 2 parts. Firstly on booking you will receive a pre course study pack consisting of a multimedia pack, a course manual and 2 books. You listen to the CDs in your own time, and work through them in conjunction with the comprehensive manual. The books provide some background reading.

You then come on the 7 day Intensive NLP Practitioner Course where your trainer will extend your learnings from the pre course study AND, most importantly, spend the week practicing and refining the techniques that you will have heard and read about in the study time.

The course is very much hands on and you will leave confident in your abilities. This is most unlike many NLP courses where the practical side is given less time.

One of the co-founders of NLP once described it as an attitude of curiosity that has left behind a trail of techniques.

Not only do we feel it vital to help you install that attitude but we also feel it is so important for you to become really familiar with the techniques associated with neuro-linguistic programming.

In addition to being certified as a Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic in a training approved by the ABNLP, you will also study subjects above and beyond the minimum standards laid down by the ABNLP for a Practitioner Training. We aim for you to leave the course as not only Practitioners of NLP but EXCELLENT practitioners of NLP. We go that extra mile in your training.

How does it work?

On booking you receive the pack (already mentioned above) and you start to learn straight away whilst listening to the CDs and reading the comprehensive manual. As you learn you fill out a questionnaire that ensures that you have a clear understanding of each topic. If you get stuck then you just call us and we will help you - 24 hours a day (well almost!)

When you have completed the pre course study you email us the questionnaire and we give you feedback and help you with any parts of it that you appear to be unsure of - we are here to help you throughout the process.

You then come on the course. This is the exciting bit!! You will spend 7 days with your trainer mastering your new skills. 7 days of practicing the techniques to ensure when you leave the course you will be able to use all you have learned. Our focus is simple. We want people to go out into the world and to utilise what they have learned - in other words they need to be able to do everything that we train. There are some people who can talk a good story and can't do. We want to show you how to walk the talk.

During the course (and before) you will have full access to our trainers. If you need to talk to them out of class its always a pleasure. If you have a particular issue you would like to work on out of class (perhaps one that's not suitable to the classroom environment then our trainers will work with you to help you resolve it.

After the course you are welcome to contact your trainer (or anyone else at Helford 2000) for any continual support that you require or any questions you need answering.
