How we work

 

Whilst you will find examples of some of the business applications where NLP techniques have proven remarkable results on the previous pages, these are by no means exclusive.

Before making any recommendations we will carry out a needs analysis of your company and then will design a bespoke programme based on our findings.

A bespoke programme is often the most cost efficient and effective means of training your staff since you get EXACTLY what you want presented to your staff in a way they will not only understand but in a manner that they will embrace the message. ‘Pay per head’ programmes can never be totally focussed on what exactly your needs are and tend to take a more generalised approach.

Due to the specialist nature of the training we find it works better with smaller groups of employees as opposed to seminars (10 delegates is an ideal number but we can work with more or less) . Practical work is a key part of the success and larger groups preclude this practice.

All training is very much based on an interactive basis and we simply do not subscribe to the lecture and listen philosophy. One thing is for certain and that is your candidates will find the topics interesting, mentally stimulating and very, very exciting.
